Analyze customer operating environments and requirements to define technical requirements and project scope for robotic and automation systems.
Evaluate system configurations and deployment approaches for automation systems integrating hardware and software components such as robots, sensors, vision systems, PLCs, and servers.
Develop technical specifications and system configurations based on customer requirements and site conditions, and propose solutions tailored to each customer.
Define goals and success criteria for PoCs and projects, and validate system feasibility and performance through testing and verification.
Manage schedules, issues, and risks throughout the design, implementation, testing, installation, and stabilization phases of projects.
Lead technical coordination across customers, partners, and internal engineering teams to drive projects through execution.
Identify technical and operational issues in the field and work with relevant engineers to develop and implement solutions.
Translate project experience and customer feedback into improvements for future projects and system development.
What we are looking for
Experience managing or executing technical projects in robotics, manufacturing, logistics, industrial automation, or related fields
Understanding of systems that integrate both hardware and software
Experience translating customer requirements into technical requirements and system configurations
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with customers and internal engineering teams
Ability to manage project schedules, issues, and risks while coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Hands-on experience deploying systems or troubleshooting technical issues in real-world environments
Ability to prepare technical documentation and customer-facing proposals
Hands-on experience with a variety of automation components, such as grippers, suction systems, and sensors

Experience with industrial robots, collaborative robots, or automation system projects
Understanding of PLCs, sensors, vision systems, servers, and industrial networks
Experience deploying automation systems in manufacturing or logistics environments
Experience with PoC, FAT, SAT, and on-site acceptance processes
Experience designing 3D cells and 2D layouts incorporating robots, conveyors, vision systems, sensors, and other automation equipment
Experience with system simulation and performance validation
Experience designing system architectures or technical system configurations
Experience developing technical proposals for customers and supporting project acquisition
